How should i do to get that wireless config after doing that (sudo iwconfig
eth1 rate 54M)? Since every time i change the connection or reboot the computer
the rate decreases to 11 mbps.

Thanks Valerio, i dont know what you mean when you tell me to install
grub on (hd0,1) since i have already the grub installed on (hd0,1) i did

By the way i tried the hack on page 2 of the other thread and it didnt
