I found a solution:
Do
sudo aa-complain cupsd
to deactivate the AppArmor protection of CUPS temprarily, then you should be
able to print again.

euhm i dont have any steps to reproduce however it did happen in the
same session as when i installed my printer and I think the printer
doesnt have the right driver and probably it gave a wrong command.
