Thank you Raymond, I will look into patching it. I have no experience
working with kernel or audio driver. Will need to read the code and

The "Place Windows" plugin in "CompizConfig Settings Manager" is able to
place some windows (Calculator, Boinc, Terminal, Gedit...) but not the
rhythmbox windows.
I tried "class=Rhythmbox", "name=rhythmbox" and "(class=Rhythmbox) &
name=rhythmbox" without success.
