yes 'universal' was a typo from me. Sorry about that.
You are right. It's an issue with the mirrors provided by the hosting
company.

I am having the same issue.
My graphic card is RS690M [Radeon Xpress 1200/1250/1270]
The workaruond for me waas to add "nomodeset" in the
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT option of the /etc/defaut/grub file. Like
this :
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nomodeset"
Then launch update-grub and

hi !
My system notification tray is located in a vertical panel on le right
corner of my screen.
When i open an xfce session, the nm-applet icon doesn't appear in the
system notification tray. However is it running because network-manager
works fine and nm-applet displays a
