to inactivate now I had to remove login key in keyring.
I also removed and reinstalled from ubuntu software center the ubuntu-one
package. But may be were not needed.
Now ubuntu-one does't connect but not annoying me with his key request
towards keyring.
seventh reboot. I finished my patience. sto
thank you this is the fifth reboot. the past solution don't work anymore,
now I have again the problem. Suggestion for solving ?

2. Open Applications->Accessories->Passwords and Encryption Keys
3. Click on the arrow next to "Passwords"
4. NO. No token ubuntu-one, only login. [ Right-click on the Ubuntu One

I don't know exactly what goes wrong but ubuntu-one doesn't communicate well
