Sorry for the incovenience. Eventually, it was my MP3 file which
"corrupted". Nonetheless, for information,I can read it normally with
"VLC Media Player".

The problem arrived since two day, is reproductible each time i want
fastforward or rewind (I can't move the cursor),.
Note that I let install the updates coming from ubuntu.
And to recreate the bug, just launch rhythmbox!
