even after leaving the
pc on whole day. I also have 32-bit AMD Athalon 2800+ with gigabyte motherboard
and Nvidia GForce 6200 graphics card. It works well with wifi connection as
well as wired ethernet.

The key to getting it to work was not to active the usb wireless keyboard and
mouse and the usb microphone
in the settings/usb bit in the virtual machine.
I remain grateful to lots of people whose advice was invalua
MY wireless mouse and keyboard freeze as soon as I enable usb in
virtualbox. Mine is a 32-bit AMD athalon machiine. I did enable the
"magic" with gedit---..
