Unfortunately, I've received negative feedback from the HP Customer
Care. They do believe that the only preinstalled OS will manage the
device properly. I'm very dissatisfied with this answer. They think that
I'm so dull that I can't see the real problem source!
Since Linux is not supported in any
E-mail sent, I hope to get our problem fixed ! ( dv5-1199ew )
