Once you install the package libnss-ldap, no /etc/libnss-ldap.conf is
created, so the configuration is not saved. If you try to execute: dpkg-
reconfigure libnss-ldap
nothing happens.

cannot know now. I had to format the PC and installed edgy from
scratch. But, don't worry, I've 7 PC left in my office the stil
Edgy is out and the bug is still there. So I still cannot upgrade my
system and the old PC is now UNUSABLE!
I'm not going to upgrade do Edgy on my laptop offcourse, since I use it
to work.
Are you planning to fix this? Has this bug been assigned to someone?

apt-get dist-upgrade fails from Da
"apt-get remove xkb-data" fix, for the moment the problem. If you try to
install it again. You get the same error. So I think the bug is in xkb-
data

yes I did read the #57121 bug, but my output is different and involves
different packages. Running: apt-get dist-upgrade
from a dapper machine, upgrading to edgy, I get these errors:
