bug effected but a quick search at ubuntuforum yielded following thread

with two possible solutions zeroing in on the defaulter to be gnome
keyring application.

I have removed the login keyring (Applications/Passwords and Enc
i am having the same problem but installing ati proprietary driver seems
to solve the issue a bit (temp down from 60 degree to 48 degree fan also
not working full time.)
