Installed a 3rd monitor via a DisplayLink USB Adapter
Enabled the 3rd monitor via system settings
Bug Description:
Mouse Pointer flickers and disappears - on Monitor on HDMI AND built in display
on laptop.
Mouse Pointer does not flicker on 3rd DisplayLink
Same problem
DisplayLink adapter USB monitor.
When DisplayLink 3rd display enabled mouse flickers on HDMI connected Monitor
and Built in Display on Laptop.

I'm also affected by this annoying bug. I am on 13.10 64-Bit and the sound
volume of my pulseaudio is on 100% after reboot. I have an Intel on Board
soundcard connect to my AV-Receiver via SPDIF.
Hope, this gets fixed soon.
