Same bug here. Minitube starts, but it doesn't play videos. It shows only the description of the video. Ubuntu 10.04. I tried installing from synaptics and as deb too. I have installed it from source too, same problem. Tried this too (from minitube faq): sudo ln -s /usr/lib/kde4/plugins/phonon_b
