No, for me it is not fixed. Kopete still crashes after changing the
behaviour settings. Now the options stays checked, but it still
chrashes.

Hi,
yes, now the option stays checked, but there is still a problem: it opens the
messages instantly AND displays the window to accept or ignore the message.
I think this is another bug.

The nvidia fan isn't working but iirc it never did. Anyone here with a
Toshiba P100-119 and a working nvidia fan.

Ok, this works for you BUT you need a custom dsdt.
The 2.6.22-9-mandriva kernel works with sound WITHOUT custom dsdt. And with the
mandriva kernel I can use kpowersave's autodim which didn't work with an ubuntu
kernel and a custom dsdt.
I think it must be possible to run a p100 without custom

It's ok, I used envy to build the nvidia kernel module.
It's fantastic. With the Mandriva kernel everything works. I only had to
wait 1,5 years ;-)

I can confirm this. Problems with menus, systray icon and transparent
windows. Using a self-compiled Qt 4.3.0 works fine.

Same here. After unloading superkaramba the problem is gone.
There will be also no problem if only one superkaramba applet is running.
