I have the same issue on my MSI Wind U100. I also can confirm what
RatSon reported; after I pressed Fn-F6 a few times, the camera
apparently was enabled (though Cheese and Skype still don't recognize
it), but now USB hotplugging is broken. In the following attachment from

I am running Ubuntu Karmic with 2.6.31-12 and I have the same problem
(no bluetooth activated when I press Fn-F11).

I have the exact same behavior on my MSI Wind U100. All usb devices are
not hotplugged, including mice, webcam, card reader, etc. The machine is
almost rendered unusable. I hope this gets attention soon.
By the by, as of Milestone 8, openSUSE 11.2 has the same issue.
