Closing again as NotABug because changing the tabstop (not the default
tabstop) as shown in attachment #43915 solves the problem.

So, to be consistent, you should commit a patch to remove the
StartCenter, including for the MS-Windows version. Very strange idea to
remove the visibility
For me this bug has been fixed, all margins of the bugdoc are 1 cm in versions
4.2.0.0.beta1+, 4.1.5.0.0+ and 4.0.6.
Because we do not know which commit fixed that, set status to WorksForMe.

Perhaps not so good idea because this would imply to add translatable

Thank you Björn :-)
Could this patch be backported to 4.1 ? If I am not wrong, before this
change desktop files were identical in 4.1 and the master.

Hi,
This bug has still the NEW status: are these patches only partial,

I know, the idea was to keep track of the hidden state of the
StartCenter and the Math module in previous version.

AFAIK .desktop files are in /core/sysui/desktop/menus/
Not sure if it is enough to modify these files.

Hi Miklos,
I tried the copy-paste with the master containing your fix (Build ID:
60aea4b2cadf367736605b09604a0818b7ae571b) on the bugdoc. Selection by
ctrl+A and copy work as expected. But is it a side effect or expected
if, when pasting in a new empty file, the data are pasted after an empty
page
Indeed, if I uncheck the checkbox "Break" in the Text Flow tab for the
format table, the table is pasted on the first page.
Thank you very much.

Hmmm, that's weird: I do not reproduce the bug anymore with LO 4.0.3. And it
works as expected with the current master (Version: 4.1.0.0.alpha1+

Yes, according to
https://wiki.docume
You should try with the generic Linux version from LibreOffice web site.
I guess that the problem is only in your distribution flavors of
LibreOffice.
