In my case (Ubuntu 18.04.2) my machine boot normally, suspend and
restore normally if the suspension is only for less than two hours
roughly. if the restore is tried later, the machine resume but no
keyboard active, only mouse/touchpad (Dell Inspiron 13 5000, i7 8550u)

problem when uninstall docker, btrfs base partition but I have
user_rm_allowed in my /etc/fstab. I can remove the packages, but I need
to remove manually the subvolumes.

Nautilus to be launched, the problem happens again. You will need to

Editing the file /etc/systemd/logind.conf works for me, adding the
option HandleLidSwitchDocked=suspend the laptop suspend when is closed.
