I had the same issues, but the problem ist gone since I replaced the kernel module for my onboard ethernet controller [lspci: Intel Corporation 82557/8/9 [Ethernet Pro 100] (rev 08)] e100 (intel driver) by eepro100 (community driver). I'm not sure if this is a solution for everyone, but I realized,
