[Bug 1776115] [NEW] 18.04 Subiquity install crashes w/ "no such device" aganist /dev/sda2

Public bug reported: Downloaded "ubuntu-18.04-live-server-amd64.iso" via Windows, burned with Etcher onto 2 drives (USB 3.0 and USB 2.0). Installing onto a laptop that already had a Debian 9.4.0 install that used the entire disk w/LVM managing partitioning, all partitioning per Debian defaults. W
