Title:
Ubuntu upgrade misses some file
To manage
Public bug reported:
I tried to upgrade Ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04. The upgrade program send a message
that some file is missing, then it immediately switched to reporting the bug.
The file name in question was visible
only a short time, I do not remember it.
What can I do?

I changed the Ubuntu archive to "Server for Germany" (whatever this
might be). Now upgrading worked fine.
Thanks for the hint!
