Today i make complete reinstall of Kubuntu 14.04 64bit daily builds and
language bug is fixed (for Czech language, i don't know if it is fixed
for others languages).

@pieter k - Yes the same for me i can speak English but i hate if i have
2 diferent languges in one APP/OS/...
But they don'n want fix it, they don't want listen people who reporting
bugs, they want have bad LTS and they will get it if they will say on
all reported bugs: "This is not bug".

I have fresh install of Kubuntu 14.04 Beta 2 and the language bug is still not
fixed + Libre Office sometimes freeze.
How do you want fix it to the 17.04.2014???

After last update Czech language works really bad, lot of translates are
now in english, date, days, kickoff, dektop right click menu, etc.
Before update was all good.

Wat next 3 language updates and 50% of system is still in English, but i
have set Czech language.
Its a bug because all in Dolphin is Czech but on Plasma desktop is all
in English, the same like Dolphin move file with mouse and dialogue to
Copy/Move/Cancel is in Czech but on Desktop it is in Engli

I understand you, but say it to my grandma what cant speak English and its few
days to release this LTS.
I can it have it 50% in English but lot of people no. I say its a bug if is few
days to release and KDE is not translated for people.
