Klipper shortcut.
The worst thing is that "Ctrl-Alt-V" is used by IDE I use for my work.

Seth: If this bug is fixed, how would you explain the fact that it is
still present for Matt's R500 (#81) , Greg's X200s (#83) and my R400. As
well as others I use Ubuntu Natty.
My symptoms are exactly as in the bug description. Additional diagnostics show:
1) xev shows nothing
2) keymap shows not
I have the same bug while upgrading Maverick to Natty.
