While using gswitchit-plugins, principally I switch between 2 keyboard
variants:
Italy - Italy (default) to Italy - Georgian, then indicator changes from "Ita"
to "Ita2".
In the same way there is no Flag change, when used gswitchit-plugins.
The flag remains Italian, for Ita

The strange thing is that I've checked current ttf-freefont (20060501cvs-10)
ttf-freefont-20060501cvs/sfd/FreeSerif.sfd and Georgian letters are ok...
but after package purge and reinstall there are still GHAN (U+10E6) letter
errors...

The unic problem that remains is that, after ttf-bpg-georgian-fonts pacakge
installation system uses BPG_Rioni.ttf's latin glyps instead of standard latin
(Is it Dejavu font?) and it changes system latin fonts size even than georgian
locale is not used(If you use English GNOME session for exampl

Arne Goetje, super! It works:
1. cd /etc/fonts/conf.d/
2. sudo ln -s ttf-bpg-georgian-fonts.conf 20-ttf-bpg-georgian-fonts.conf
3. restarted X.

GioMac you can cp /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-bpg-georgian-fonts.conf
/home/yourusername/.fonts.conf. But it's not a final solution.
