* nvidia driver 331.38 + native compiz 0.9.11 = no bug
* nvidia driver 340.24 + native compiz + high performance mode + no flip = no
bug
* nvidia driver 340.24 + native compiz + adaptive mode + fl

panel have no reaction to mouse move (both in 'LeftEdge' and 'TopLeftCorner'
configuration),
