In my case the bug with unclean shutdown happens only when my machine (Thinkpad X230) is docked to the Thinkpad ultrabase when shutting it down. When I shutdown outside of a dock, everything is fine. I don't use ureadahead (have SSD), doesn't matter if there are mounted network filesystems or not,
