Well kern.log is about 1MB, anyway this are the first lines:

They can't be installed via dist-upgrade: 404 Not Found (at least on
http://es.archive.ubuntu.com feisty/main).
My KDE looks ugly cuz i can't use lipstick as widget style which is the
default one.

I got also a kernel panic on 2.6.20-9 in a Kubuntu Feisty Herd 4++ on a
MacBook Pro Code 2 Duo. 2.6.20-8 works fine.
The message is something like this:
