1) apt purge youtube-dl
2) 'dpkg-query -W youtube-dl' gives 'youtube-dl'
3) apt install youtube-dl
4) result of command (in Polish, but most important doesn't need to be
translated)

I think reason for this is the previous update by:
youtube-dl -U
I'm doing this update because youtube sometimes changing the API (or something)
and old videos can't be downloaded.

To not duplicate with bug, I'm attaching my problem related to mediatomb
startup.
My 'interface' file is:

in /etc/defaults/mediatomb I have line:
