The CMake config exports the `jsoncpp_lib` and `jsoncpp_static` targets,
which will automatically perform all required settings when used with
`target_link_libraries()`. Manually setting the include paths and link
libraries is an anti-pattern.

is actually a stand-alone tool with its own CLI binary, appropriately
named catkin_lint. In the past, catkin_lint shipped for both Python 2
and Python 3, mostly to support non-standard RO

The bug still exists in Maverick. However, I was able to rebuild the
libgtop2 with the above mentioned Bugzilla patch, which applies cleanly
and fixes the bug for my software RAID.
For convenience, I have attached the patch here.
