I can confirm the same problem with linux-image-5.15.0-113-generic on my
AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics boxes. I had to revert to
linux-image-5.15.0-107-generic, as 113 fails to boot (ends in black
screen) and while SSH login works, the machines cannot be restarted from
CLI.
