Dock and Panel flickers whem cursor is moved over them.

I used to have Ubuntu 11.10, then I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04
It was running normally until I did the Software up to date.
Now when I restarted my PC, Dock and panel flickers as I move my cursor over
them. Sometimes, some of the part of Dock disappears and appears again moment
