I can reproduce on Kubuntu amd64 11.04 the problem themroc has.
I have flash installed using apt-get, but updating using KPackageKit just
removes the plugin. Reinstalling using KPackageKit doesn't help, but apt-get
does work.

Jar files do have 0xcafe at offset 40 displayed as "fe ca" at offset
