Finally, I found out what was the problem.
There was no default alsa device, and i had more than one sound device.

I've just upgraded from feisty, and sound stopped working.
In the gnome sound preferences when I try to test ALSA, I got the "device
busy", or equialent message. (I use localised version, that say "I cant open
device for writing")

Since an upgrade, my applications menu started falashing (when I click
on it, the menu rapidly apperar, and disappear) and generating high cpu
load (~25 when idle, ~50 when menu is open). The menu editor is
extremly slow. When I delete the menu from the panel, the cpu load fal
