I take that back, it won't be fixed in 0.27 because it's not a MythTV
bug, the problem is the guide data which is specifying at incorrect
offset of +1200 across the DST transition when it should switch to +1300
(or +1100)

Forgive me for being a back-seat driver, I know how frustrating it can
be to receive unsolicited and uninformed comments from random users, yet
here I go any way.
I can't speak for anyone else, but all I really need is for coordinates
to be displayed in the GUI using the correct origin and it real
