Public bug reported:
Installation was using a SSD for /, /usr, /home /var partitions, all were being
reformatted except /home.
Two disks were previously set up as a LV and were being mounted as /storage
without being reformatted

This is broken again in dapper Thunderbird 1.5.0.4. Thread Select is
mapped to ctrl-shift-A which does nothing. If mapping is manually
changed to shift-A works.
