On Ubuntu 20.04 I can only rotate my right display using the "NVidia X Server
Settings"-app.
But although I save the configuration using the "Save to X Configuration
File"-button,
the rotation setting is reset to landscape after signing out or rebooting.

Can confirm the issue ("Resetting rcs0 for hang on rcs0") is still
around using kernel 5.3.0-51-generic (ubuntu 18.04 LTS, HP i7 Envy
laptop). However, it seems to me a lot less frequent, only happened once
over the last couple hours.
With that being said, I can see the "Package temperature above

In the meantime, boot from kernel 5.3.0-45-generic
