After some difficulties I was able to test the kernel patch today and I
can confirm it solves the issue.

Today I installed the latest graphics drivers directly from intel with
the Intel graphics installer, it did not help to fix the problem.
By the way, the skype video chat is also acting very strange, the video

When setting intel_pstate=no_hwp as a kernel option like described
there, the problem does not occur any more on my X260.
