Public bug reported:
Installed 20.04.2 LTS,changed the updater settings and upgraded to 20.10
After boot GRUB is presented as normal
When selecting the default Ubuntu (or waiting the timeout) then blank screen
occurs
Backlight is on but the boot does not proceed
