Ran several validations on this.
The issue for which the fixes were submitted works as advertised.
Also ran several xfstests using various mount scenarios (DFS and regular)
against various file servers (Azure, Windows, samba).

The fix works as expected.
We've also run several xfstests using various SMB mount scenarios to see that
nothing regressed.
