I'm adding "Steps to reproduce" to demonstrate how horribly broken this
is:
- Boot with lubuntu-16.10-desktop-amd64.iso (live)
- Start installation and on the "Installation Type" screen, select the LVM
option
- Click "Install Now" and the installation fails with error:
"Autopartitioning using LVM

Starting with Lubuntu 16.10, the 'lvm2' package has been removed from
the installation media, because of which lvm configurations fail to
install. In particular, during the installation process, if "Use LVM
with the new Lubuntu installation" or "Encrypt the new Lubuntu
install
Verified this on IVB system and the turbo gets kicked in as expetced in
the -proposed kernel.

Don't think there is some work happening to backport this for upstream.
But we already have a backported patch for precise kernel. Patch is
attached for your reference. This patch was created and tested on Ubuntu
3.2.0-37. It also applies cleanly on Ubuntu-3.2.0-39

I tested and could reproduce the problem with sshpass version 1.01-2
On test with the latest version 1.04, the problem is fixed. Karmic has this
updated version.

After using the system for long hours when I tried to shut down , it stopped at
"stopping Bluetooth."
After I manually restarted the system there is no sound not even the login
sound. I tried most of the troubleshooting but to no success.
