Setting show desktop icons to true fixed it. But setting it to false
again breaks it.

After I log in on Ubuntu 13.04, The login screen remains even though the
launcher etc are functioning. Even the right click on the desktop is
broken and I can't change the wallpaper.

Using eclipse from software sources. Eclipse plugins like the Android
ADT plugins stop working after every time I close the program and open
it again. Have to uninstall and reinstall plugins to work.
