Could you be able to replace wget by axel or some other faster downloader in
apt-get code so that the package downloads are faster. This is an enhancement
request only.
Somebody has done something similarly here though i have not tested it.

Have exactly the same problem. Only the "eye of gnome viewer" has this
problem. Tried opening the same file with gthumb and gimp. It opens
without any issues.

Ubuntu one client doesnt connect to the server. Instead it showed error.
And i clicked it. It led me to this page saying it could be a bug.
PS: I am not sure if its a crash or not. Didnt know what to fill in the
synopsis.

Sorry. This isnt a bug. But a nice enhancement that i thought could be
made. There could be a select all and deselect all option when listing
the packages that need to be updated.
