It is not fully convinced that rightly understood the question. You mean
that the error occurred when closing the copying process dialog box?
When I finish install VirtualBox 2.2, this bug appears after
installation.

Any operation takes a lot of time and courses high disc activity. To be
correct I've make some tests.
The first launch took about 2 minutes and was accompanied by the unceasing work
of the disc.
