1) I noticed the "bios-outdated-62cn97ww" tag. Should I boot into Windows 8 to
update the bios?
2) Should I remove the upstream kernel and get back to original kernel version?

I installed upstream kernel "v3.15-rc3-utopic" [0]. Bluetooth is working
with this kernel so I add the tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream' and marked
this bug as "Confirmed".

I had Ubuntu 12.04 before 14.04. Then this bluetooth dongle worked well
enough. I needed to remove the dongle and put it again in order to get
it work.

My gamepad is a "DragonRise Inc. Generic USB Joystick" (that is what
lsusb said). I don't know what to do, I agree with Newk, my Gamepad is

@Carroarmato0: thanks! I think you're right. I'm having this problem
since I enabled Avahi in Empathy. That's why I was trying to delete
Empathy's account configuration. So, what would we do? Who must fix this
bug? VMWare? Developers for the Avahi's plugin?

I'm having this bug after I upgrade to Lucid. By bug I mean: my joystick
is handling the mouse pointer. BTW: I don't have a mouse plugged.

Well, I remove pidgin and pidgin-libnotify. Then I installed again,
click on the libnotify plugin and it is working.

Pidgin appears on indicator-applet list. I can open pidgin when click on
the pidgin item, but the indicator-applet list does not know about
pidgin execution. If I click the pidgin's close window buttom, pidgin is
closed. Few days ago it work perfect, I don't know what happend,
Well, I suppose that this may be related to another package. But, it
just (and always) happen with empathy.
Does anybody knows how to get info about the last kernel-panic? I mean,
I reboot and don't know where to look at...

When I execute empathy I get a kernel-panic.
I think it is a kernel-panic because my screen goes black and caps-lock
led blinks.

I thought the problem was in some user configuration, then I search

Once an audio CD is inserted I cannot open Rhythmbox neither Sound-Juicer.
Seems like it's somehow related to the proxy configuration:
-No internet conexion: Rhythmbox and Sound-Juicer work just perfect.
-With internet conexion, no proxy: Rhythmbox and Sound-Juicer work just perfect.

Una vez que inserto un CD de audio se cierra rhythmbox, y deja de abrir.
Llego a ver la pantalla de rhythmbox pero unos segundos después
desaparece. Tampoco me anda sound-juicer. Puedo escuchar el CD con VLC.
