Public bug reported:
The navigation triangle code for keeping a submenu open when the mouse
is moving diagonally toward it is broken due to incorrect rounding.
This was reported upstream at:

An unnecessarily accusive tone. This bug report was from 9 months ago,
but I installed the package via Synaptic. I did not explicitly remove
python-tagpy, or decide not to install the recommended packages.
The real issue I was reporting was that functionality in the program did
not work as install
This bug is still in the final release. [between this bug and the plots
bug, Gnumeric is unusable]. The text import dialog completely ignores
numbers the user inputs for lines to import -- in data I wanted to
import, I entered lines 22-25, but it kept changing it to 15-25.

Running Jaunty beta, I frequently experience lockups, where a program
will stop responding to input for a short period of time. This is -very-
disruptive. I'm not sure exactly what causes it. It happens in Pidgin,
and happens whenever I save a file in Emacs, which suggests it

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: sonata
Sonata should depend on python-tagpy. It is very un-user friendly to
tell them to install extra software to access the full features of the
software (and especially not even give the correct Debian/Ubuntu package
name).

I downloaded F-Spot 0.32 and built it and it did not have this problem.
It appears to include its own version of DBUS-Sharp (rather than using
the currently unmaintained dbus-mono binding).
Should be fixed in Feisty though.

I too am having this problem. I am running Ubuntu Edgy, with the latest
updates as of Feb 1, 2007.
I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 (E1505 in US) which is an Intel Core Duo.
Information I have found elsewhere suggests the problem is a race
condition in the Mono DBUS libraries; but I c
