I just made right now the update on my ubuntu 18.02 and got the new
4.15.0-46-generic kernel. The bug is fixed to me. Thanks all

I'm following your discussion, but I couldn't realize if I can fix or

My scenario involves The JetBrains Tools which look for proxy parameters
in .kde/share/config/kioslaverc
