Yes, I used human theme, but I noticed this bug in other themes too..
For example in Fedora Core. The same issue, but there radio buttons are
checked with "-" sign, i.e. differs than normal radio check.

Go to System -> Preferences -> Font
I choose there Monochrome (type of rendering). Then I go to Details..
and choose medium or slight hinting and return back to the font
rendering window, I see all radio buttons checked!
Note. I use native hinter for fonts.
