I think I do something wrong.
I've tried to use the "sandbox mode" of do-release-upgrade witch shows me
error, but seems the "sandbox mode" still active and grub can't install into
boot sector.
I do reboot and try to install again and everything works now.

In the end of installation grub can't install the package and into boot sector.
Grub shows me this message:
grub-install: error: failed to get canonical path of `none'
I'll trying to fix my installation alone before reboot, but I think it's

I think it was because mysql are down in time witch package try to
upgrade database. in the final step dpkg has executed again and the
installation has finished.

I had removed the package and used gem version.
sudo gem install rmagick
works perfectly.
