When copying a large csv file (30-40 columns with strange characters, null
bytes, etc.) from a shared folder with windows through vbox to Ubuntu, the data
is corrupted in a strange way.
Some of the lines are repeated further
I didn't realise I had to ask the last uploader, apologies for that,
don't want to step on toes. Was of the assumption, the quicker it was
merged/synced the better but will remember this for future reference.
Also, hadn't realised about the debian debdiff, must've tab-
autocompleted the wrong one

After looking at messages it appears that what you tried to do was put a
file that was too big for the SD card, is this the case? And if so, it
should know how big it has to be, and if too small, warn the user
without causing a breakage. Also I am now on Hardy Alpha so I cannot
confirm the problem

I have looked at your output, the problem seems to be naming conventions
e.g. this expects gtk+-X.x whereas Ubuntu uses gtk2.0-binver-2.10.0,
changing this in the configure file (or control if debian package)
should fix the problem. If you're unsure which packages you need, have a
look in Synaptic,

No user permissions have been changed, and this is the "Admin" account,
not a normal user

I can also confirm this.
It should not break Adapt, but it does if user does not scroll to bottom
of Java licence agreement and tick the box.
Present in Kubuntu 7.10 with latest updates (up to 13th Jan 2008)

Kubuntu 7.10 Live CD installation
After installing normally, and trying to play an MP3 file through
Amarok, it asks to go and get the required MP3 codecs. It fails and
crashes itself after clicking Yes, and it reports that the package
databse is already in use, when it isn't.
