Yes, upstream sane project does not have product ID for HP DeskJet
F4140.

HP DeskJet F4140 is a new All-in-One (print, scan, copy) that is not in
sane's database yet. Sane works fine for root, but users in group
'scanner' cannot access the All-in-One scanner functionality. To fix
this, the following line needs to be add
