Hey folks. Have the same issue on my setup on a laptop with hybrid
graphics. On jammy and oracular gdm3 is driven by wayland but noble
tends to run gdm3 driven by xorg. However in rare cases it was driven by
wayland (as intended).

Previously had chromium 94 installed. Due to issues with top-bar rendering
downgraded chromium to version 93. Got issues with any attempt to
upload/download file. Running:

arm-linux-gnueabihf-.
during the build process there is an attempt to build a tool for build machine
with `-m32` flag which is failed due to missing `/usr/include/asm/`.
