hibernation, I got the resume message while booting and the system state
was restored just as before hibernation. The system was not just
suspended. I had to go through grub and the hard disk decryption

Just booted with "intel_idle.max_cstate=1" added to the kernel cmdline.
This seems to have fixed the problem. Network speeds are as expected,
ethtool shows no errors after some big network transfers. Tested the
kernel from #59 and the default 5.8.0-55-generic, both work when
"intel_idle.max_cstate=

Hi, i'm encountering the same/similar bug on xenial 4.4.0-28-generic. If
i apply network load via iperf i get the unit (Intel 210i) reproducible
to hang. Maybe this is a regression or another bug. The network
interface does not recover, i have to reboot the machine to get it back
online. dmesg outo
Same here on maverick, 64bit. After resuming from suspend, gnome-do
takes up nearly 800% CPU-Time on my core i7.
After "killall gnome-do" and restarting gnome-do, everything is back to
normal ...

Hi,
since hardy I too have massive problems with nautilus/gvfs with copying
(or even accessing on smb) files/directories from smb-shares and ftp-
servers. On gutsy i could access and retrieve data on/from the same
machines. If I mount the smb-shares using "-t cifs" or use a ftp-client
everything w
I compiled the kernel from git (2.6.24-19-openvz) and both bugs (cp/mv
and the UDP-bug mentioned above) are gone ... hopefully this will make
it into the point release ...

Please forget me previous comment, the cp-problem still exists. I
accidentally tried in the wrong shell-window. This mislead me to think
it's working, but I was at the host system.

Odd things happening ...
I updated at home to 2.6.24-18-openvz (hardy 64 bit, upgraded bit by bit from
hardy alpha) and everything seeme to work fine.
Today I updated my server at work (hardy 64bit, fresh install) and I still got
the cp-bug ... I'm trying to investigate some more whats happening
One question: Will's openvz-kernel has XEN enabled, will this be the
case for the official kernel, too? It's unusable on a desktop machine
using a nvidia-card and the nvidia-drivers, because they won't build on
a xen-enabled kernel ...

I have upgraded to hardy (started with last alpha) and can also confirm that
brasero can not create images. Debug output shows the following when selecting
